House „Juliane“ is located about 400m above the Hahnenkamm cable car station.

With good snow conditions it is possible to ski straight from the house to the Hahnenkamm cable car station and there are two descends that lead back to the apartment, the Asten and the Streif.

For those who enjoy cross country skiing, the ski track to Aurach begins only 150m from the house.

In summer as well as in winter our house is an excellent starting point for walks and hikes in the stunning mountains around Kitzbühel.

Within a 10 minute walk you can reach the town centre of Kitzbühel and the public indoor swimming pool Aquarena.
